zingy to the complex and fully rich. They are all great value, so that you may experience a
different style for different occasions. Our advice? Try them all! (though not all at once). Santé!
Fine Wines from the Cellar
A small selection of fine wines, now drinking perfectly, have been chosen by our Wine Committee
for you to enjoy. With the aid of our Coravin system, we literally tap into these excellent wines
whilst perfectly preserving the remaining wine, so you may sample them as you wish by the
glass. Only if you don’t have time for a bottle. These wines are very limited so please do
experience them while they last.
